Inspection
We remove the tyre and inspect both the wheel and tyre to ensure a safe and appropriate repair is possible.

Preparation
If your wheel is repairable, the area will be cleaned and the crack will be cut out.

TIG Welding
The now perfectly prepped area will be TIG welded. The outside of the barrel is ground back so the tyre can seal, the weld on the inside of the barrel is left proud to ensure increased strength.
04
Finishing
The tyre is refit, wheel is leak tested, rebalanced, and re fitted to the car.
